To organize the individuals (who live in the communities), the stakeholders (that are in the communities) around strategies and connect them with the resources needed to ensure that all needs are met. The resources can be non-profits organizations, companies and or programs developed by local, city or state officials.

How can we reduce violence?
Get involved with and or support the Prison Justice Reinvestment Deal! It is the key to ending the violence and building up our communities! It is the best way to resolve the economic issues in the community.
- We know many issues of violence arise from economic issues
- More economic opportunities will reduce stress in the community
- Less stress, more jobs, proper support and equal opportunities will all be at play in reducing violence and building up our community
